GET TO KNOW - Cami Skaggs - District GT Coordinator

Mrs. Skaggs has been with us at Wright for 12 years and in education a total of 17 years. Five of those years she was a junior high science teacher and the remaining as Perryton’s GT Coordinator.

She attended Texas A&M University, where her major was psychology with an emphasis on children. Even though she did not major in education, she did graduate as a certified teacher.

Her classroom goal is to provide a safe environment for her students to explore, be curious, ask questions, and think outside the box.

Mrs. Skaggs graduated from Pampa High School and Texas A&M University. She and her husband, Randy, moved to Perryton in 1991. Randy works at the Animal Clinic of Perryton as a veterinarian. Mr. & Mrs. Skaggs two daughters, Shelby & Addison. Her daughter Shelby is married to Chuck Tiemann and they have 3 daughters and a son on the way! They live in Amarillo. Her daughter Addison is the creative director for Ohio State football and lives in Columbus, Ohio.

Mrs. Skaggs likes to be creative and she has a side t shirt making business - Polka Dotted Ranger!
